In all our properties, great attention is paid to the promotion of young talents. For Tina Halbeisen, hotelier and director of the Seerose Resort & Spa, recognising employees with potential and specifically challenging and encouraging them is part of her everyday work. Like all directors within the Balance Familie, she has dedicated herself to this principle. Home grown management, growing from the inside out, is at the forefront, as she explains: "In order for the Balance Familie to remain attractive for skilled and junior staff, it is important for us to invest in employee support and development. In addition to training apprentices, we strengthen the leadership qualities of our junior staff in in-house workshops, thus making leadership a tangible experience."
